The first thing you need to get started is to have coupons. But, where do you find them all is usually the first thing people ask me. You have so many different options to access tons of printable and electronic coupons. Here are the top 6 ways I find the best coupons.
* Inserts in the Sunday paper- there are inserts each week from Smart Source, Red Plum and P&G.
* Printable Coupon- You can print a ton of coupons straight from the internet, some of the top printable sites:
* Catalina Coupons- These are the coupons that print out at the stores after you checkout

2. Know When to Use Coupons
Clipping and using coupons is just the beginning of helping you save on your groceries. Knowing when to use the coupons will get you the biggest bang for your buck.
* Wait for a sale- Waiting to use your coupon when the items are on sale is the SECRET to saving the most money. You should never
waste your coupons on full price items. Hang on to them until you see an unbeatable deal and then use them.
* Follow Sales Cycles- Generally product sales run about 8-12 weeks. Usually finger foods would go on sale around Super Bowl, or
candy for Valentines Day.
* Buy at the lowest price- If you wait for that item to go on sale, you are able to get it at the lowest price, combined with a coupon
and even a store promotion.
